feat(gpsrelaysentinel): 模拟GPS发送面板与订阅系统重构

Browse Source 
[主应用]
- MainActivity: 新增模拟移动GPS发送面板(方向/距离/目标坐标预览/静态坐标同步)
- MainService: 代码模块化重构，方法拆分，实时同步最新GPS到MainActivity
- 新增3个子服务 GpsReceiverChildService1/2/3
- activity_main.xml: 深色主题改版，新增模拟面板、订阅面板容器、日志容器
- 新增资源: border_gray.xml、spinner_item_gray.xml、arrays.xml(8方向)

[类库]
- SubscribeLocationManager: 新增精准推送计数统计，公开配置查询方法
- GpsSubscribeReceiverService: 改为抽象父类，统一 onReceiveGpsData 入口
- GpsSubscribeControlView: 移除广播/倒计时，改用Manager直调+Handler自动刷新
- view_gps_subscribe_control.xml: 深色主题，新增SID标识与订阅数据记录表
