更新.gitignore配置并移除项目特定配置文件

将项目特定的配置文件移至忽略列表，避免上传至版本库：
- 添加 /settings.gradle 和 /gradle.properties 到 .gitignore
- 从版本库中删除 settings.gradle 和 gradle.properties
- 保持项目配置本地化，便于多项目切换管理
