refactor(appbase): SMTPConfigView改用libaes内置版本并修复R8混淆崩溃

- APPExcetionMailSettingsActivity引用改为cc.winboll.studio.libaes.views.SMTPConfigView
- 删除libappbase自定义SMTPConfigView
- appbase添加JavaMail依赖(android-mail/android-activation 1.6.7)
- proguard-rules保留javax.mail.**修复NoClassDefFoundError
- packagingOptions排除重复META-INF文件
